President Donald Trump has planned to cancel the current rules for US citizenship.

The 150-year-old policy will be canceled by the executive order, he said.

However, experts believe that the constitution needs to be amended to change this 

system.

In an interview with the popular website Exeus, Trump said that the person who is not a US citizen can claim the American citizenship when the child is born. This rule is ridiculous, it should be closed.

But what can the President do? Many have raised this question.

This 150-year-old policy says that after being born in America, the country will get citizenship.

According to Trump, his legal experts confirmed that there is no need for any amendment. It is possible through executive orders.

Can the President take such a step in his single capacity? Whether the illegal immigrants try to take any special opportunity because of citizenship in births?

Now in the United States, there has been a raging debate over these questions because of Trump's statement.

This nationality is confirmed by the 14th amendment to the US Constitution.

In the first sentence of this amendment it has been said, "All the people born in the United States will be citizens of the country." It does not matter where he lives outside the United States.

The hardliners on immigration say that this arrangement serves as a 'magnet' for illegal migration. And encourages pregnant women to cross the border to give birth to the child.

Trump says the baby born will enjoy all the facilities for 85 years, it will be closed.

A study of 2015 found that 60 percent of American births have a favorable opportunity for citizenship. And 37 percent of the American people are in favor of canceling this opportunity.

The news was that, after the end of the civil war, in 1868, the United States Constitution was amended in the Fourteenth Amendment.

The thirteenth amendment was brought in 1865. Thus, through the amendment, the practice of slavery was abolished.

Then, through the 14th amendment, the citizenship of the former slaves born in America was guaranteed citizenship.

In one incident in 1857, the Supreme Court ruled that African Americans could never be American citizens. But then the Fourteenth Amendment guaranteed their citizenship.

The Supreme Court in 1898 confirmed in a case that it would apply to immigrant children.

Chinese parents gave birth to baby in America. Wang Kim Ark, who was 24 years old, visited the country in China.

While returning, he was barred from entering the United States. Then Wang argued that he was born in America.

In the 14th Amendment, there is no effect on the immigration status of his parents.

He succeeded with this argument.

Immigration History Research Center's director Irica Lee writes that the legal battle between the United States and Wang Kim Arch was that all the Americans born in the US would be citizens of the country.

Since then, the court never again questioned this.

Law experts mostly think that President Trump can not cancel citizenship rights in birth rights through executive orders.

Krishna Prakash, a professor of the University of Virginia law and constitutional expert, said that President Trump is doing something that would hurt many people. But eventually the matter will go to court and the court will decide.

There are few days left in the mid-term elections in the United 

States.

Analysts have said that politics is behind such a move.

Trump is trying to scream his supporters with such a move.

sending of 5,000 soldiers to the border with Mexico.
