Housefull 4 box office collection Day 5: Akshay Kumar starrer shoots up in terms of its box office performance on Monday. The actor thanked the audience for their love for the film.
Housefull 4 had a good start at the box office but by the end of the opening weekend, the film experienced a fall. However, on Monday, which was a part of the extended weekend, the film bounced back and managed to double its Sunday figures. On Sunday, the Akshay Kumar starrer earned Rs 15.33 crore but on Monday, it registered its box office collection as Rs 34.56 crore, taking the total collection to Rs 87.78 crore.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said, “It was a BIGGG day [Mon], the national holiday… #HouseFull4 #HF4 packed a whopping number [₹ 30 cr+]… #SaandKiAankh showed massive gains… #MadeInChina saw enhanced footfalls… #Tamil film #Bigil is unstoppable in TN.”

Akshay Kumar wrote a short note for the audience thanking them for showering so much love on the no-brainer comedy film. He wrote, “Thank you for loving us and laughing with us. It is because of your love we are where we are today. Thanks to all my fans and audiences who have poured unconditional love on #HouseFull4. Thank you for showing us that nothing beats hate more than love.”
Housefull 4 is the fourth film in the Housefull franchise that started in 2010. While Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh have appeared in all the films of the franchise, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda are the new addition to the cast.
