The cost of going to the UK is increasing

The UK has proposed an annual medical fee (Immigration Health Surcharge) to double the number of visa applicants. The government has raised this proposal.
According to the new decision, the applicant's annual medical fee will be 300 pounds (about 35 thousand taka) in the student visa. And for all other visa applicants (for work permit, spouse, business, etc.) the medical fees will be 400 pounds annually (about 45 thousand taka).

Recently this proposal has been raised in the country's parliament. Increasing fees will be effective from December, subject to approval of Parliament.

Medical fees for applicants in the student visa for so many days were 150 pounds (about 18 thousand rupees) per year. And for all other visas, work fees (work permit visa) was 200 pounds (about 23 thousand taka) per year. This fee is applicable for those who apply for a visa for more than six months.

Earlier, when a student came to the UK for a three-year course, medical fees were to be paid 450 pounds (150 pounds a year). For a new year, a student will have to pay 900 pounds (300 pounds a year) for the next three years. Likewise, applicants of another visa have to pay 600 pounds for three years (£ 200 a year) in the present rule. The new rules will require £ 1,200 (400 pounds a year).

Operating residents give income tax. A portion of that tax will be managed by the National Health Service. And you can get free medical help at the time of all the needs of the country. Treatment will also be of equal value for everyone. This is the UK's national health care policy.

Foreigners who came to the UK to work for education, employment, and other things were also free to get medical help. But in 2015, medical fees for British visa applicants were introduced.

These medical fees have to be submitted in advance with the visa application. However, if there is no visa, there is a rule to refund medical fees. The medical fee is also applicable at the same rate for increasing visa expiration.

State Minister of State of the Immigration Department Caroline Nokes said, "Our National Health Service (NHS) is managed by the British taxpayer. Immigrants who come to long-term positions are welcome to accept this service. However, it is important to have a reasonable contribution in this service. "The state minister said the average cost of treatment of immigrants is £ 470 per year. He said that the government has paid 600 million pounds for medical fees since 2015. This money has been spent in healthcare. The government will be able to provide more than 220 million pounds of funds annually in the health sector when an extended fee is introduced.
