Ayodhya hearing in January
The Supreme Court told the Indian ruling party that the BJP was disappointed that the hearing of the Ayodhya case can not be started before January. Supreme Court Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi today said on Monday that there are many important cases in the Supreme Court. It is not possible to start the hearing before January.
In just four minutes of the hearing, the Chief Justice said that the matter will be heard in a judge's office and it will be decided later. This implies that the Chief Justice can not keep the case against the Ayodhya case.
Allahabad High Court directed in 2010 to divide the controversial two-digit 77-acre area into three equal parts to resolve the Ayodhya dispute. One share Sunni waqf board, one share of the splendid Akhara, the third Ram Ram (child Ramchandra).
All parties are seeking refuge in the Supreme Court against the verdict. The Chief Justice ordered all the cases to be held on September 27, and will be held on October 29. On Monday, he informed all the parties, it is not possible to hear the case before January.
The BJP is disappointed at this direction. BJP's central minister Giriraj Singh remarks, Congress gives the subject Hindu-Muslim character. There is no need for court to settle. Sadly, Hindus are losing patience. Binoy Katyare, the founder of the Bajrang Dal of Uttar Pradesh BJP leader, alleged that Congress was under pressure.
Congress had earlier demanded that the verdict of the Ayodhya case be given after the general election of the 2019 election. Congress leader Kapil Sibal said, "It is necessary to see that the temple-mosque politics is not issue of elections.
