China and Russia again near Myanmar in UN

Myanmar military is responsible for the infamous human rights violations on Rohingyas. The crisis that has arisen in the Rohingya question is at the root of the country's desperate activities. While it is found in the International mission during the investigation, senior members of this army should be prosecuted for 'genocide' or 'nationalism'. But it is not possible for Myanmar to be prosecuted alone. It should be handed over to the International Criminal Court or to a different International Tribunal.

On Wednesday, at a meeting of the Security Council, the chief of the non-aligning international mission seeking information on Burma's query, Marzuki Darussalam He said that if the situation is brought under control, the Security Council will have to take action. Addressing the members of the council, he said, not just the people of Rohingya and Myanmar, the whole world looked at you.

The report of the International Committee of Human Rights, formed by the United Nations Human Rights Council, was published on August 27, but it was officially presented before the Security Council on Wednesday. Four countries, including Russia, China, objected to the report raised in front of the council. They argued that the areas discussed in this report are not the Security Council, it should be discussed in the United Nations General Assembly or the Human Rights Council After the voting in this question, the decision to raise the report was 9-3. Russia, China and Bolivia voted against the proposal.

In the main debate, Russia and China also spoke from their earlier flexible position on the question of Myanmar and the situation is much better than before. Russian ambassador Vassili rejected the Nebenzia International Committee's report and said the report was very aggressive. Those who have prepared this report did not do any of those visits to Myanmar. He claimed that using the Rohingya question is a ban on a sovereign country. Russia will oppose such initiatives.

Chinese Ambassador Ma Zhaoqu claimed that the council should accept the situation better than before. Referring to the crimes committed against Myanmar Rohingya, the Chinese Ambassador said that on the basis of the sole state sovereignty, Myanmar must establish justice. For this reason no external missions are needed.

US ambassador Niki Healy said that the International Criminal Investigation (CCEA) has found evidence of similar crime in the US-led investigation, and the United States ambassador, Nicky Healy, supported the demand for trial for crimes against the Rohingya. Nike Hayley said, refuting the criticisms of some country reports, pointing fingers at someone is not the goal of this report. Its aim is to establish liability. He reiterated the demand for continuous repression against the Rohingyas and said that all members of this community will have to give citizenship.

Most members of the council, including France, UK, welcome the report and demand proper punishment for those responsible for crimes against humanity.

Myanmar ambassador Hao Do Swan rejected the legality of the report, saying that the security measures taken by the security forces of Myanmar were to prevent terrorist attacks against his country. There is no authentic basis to call that step 'genocide'. He stressed that Myanmar is not a member of the International Criminal Court and does not accept any decision of this court on the Rohingya issue.

Bangladesh Ambassador to Bangladesh Masud Bin Momen was the last speaker of the session. He said that from the investigation report, it has been proved that Myanmar's security forces attacked the Rohingya with the intention of 'genocide'. Myanmar has the responsibility of judging all those involved in this crime, establishing a separate and impartial trial process is very important.

Referring to the requirement of the Security Councilto be involved in resolving the Rohingya crisis, Ambassador Masud said, if the UN General Assembly leaves all the responsibilities in the hands of the UN General Assembly, it will be a deep contempt for the Rohingyas. He urged the Security Council on the question of Rohingya and established an international fund to help those affected by Myanmar's security forces attack.

Later, in an interview with the representative of the first light, Ambassador Masud expressed satisfaction over the discussion on the Rohingya question in the council, that the importance of this crisis proved to be the fact that the Parishad brings the report of the International Commission of Inquiry into an existing rule. Bangladesh has repeatedly said that the problem of solving this problem will not be solved except the 'guardianship' of the Security Council.

Ambassador Masud said that the discussion on a draft proposal in the Third Committee of the General Assembly on the Rohingya question continues. Like this last year, the OIC (Organization of Islamic Conference) is leading the same. Bangladesh is keen to include special proposals on the question of Myanmar and considering the proposal of the Security Council to accept it. Ambassador Masud said that by the end of November, the third committee can finalize the question on the question.
